Woe to me

So I have had my blog for awhile and thought I knew what was what. Well a little while ago I changed the URL. I know, big mistake. I had no idea the impact. So this whole time I thought my “followers” could read my blog posts but they haven’t seen a recent post since like March. This makes me extremely sad because I don’t really know how to fix this. I dont know if they have to re-follow, I have tried googling it, called my support squad, I just don’t know what to do. If anyone reads this and can give me some pointers, PLEASE DO!! I am lost!!
