Thrifted and Eclectic Spring or Easter table decor…
I love this time of year. The natural world is trying to turn green and come out of winters long deep sleep but only allows a few precious peeks here and there because winter is not done yet and every thing buried seems to know that. I love being able to open the doors to let in fresh air and warm sunlight into my cold, dark cabin. Then I can’t help but pull out a few things that reflect what is going on outside….
I love thrifting because you can find such unique, pretty, crazy, treasures and put them together to create something magical. I love using old things and wondering what their stories are. I love letting my kids help me set things up and if something breaks; while crushing, it probably cost next to nothing.
I invite you to try thrifting for something unusual or something you don’t think you would use and see how well everything can get along. Here are a couple of examples of my Spring table decor that is 95% thrifted. Oh! And candy! You can never go wrong with colorful cheap candy in pretty containers! The hardest part will be keeping it full! I hope you enjoyed this post and are loving your Spring, whatever it looks like.
The last one is actually from my daughters birthday but we used a lot of the same setup, because yes, we actually do use the treasures we find!
