If you are visiting from the talented girls at Magnolia Lane I’m so glad you decided to stop by here!
Normally I don’t mind winter but this past year we didn’t get a lot of snow and it wasn’t as pretty as it usually is up here in the mountains. All of our flowers are coming up but I get too antsy waiting so I always go to the store and end up buying a bunch because I just can’t wait!
If you know me at all you know that I like a lot of different styles and I always try to use stuff that I already have and not buy a whole bunch of stuff. The only things I ever really buy for an Easter table or spring table are fresh flowers and candy. Those two items alone can make a huge but cheap impact! Since I do have kids it’s like I’m obligated to buy candy anyway and it’s really hard to resist with all the pretty pastel colors, especially for Easter. The mini glass cloches are always fun to have and I plan on putting cakes under them, which I’ll post later if you want to check back!
So that’s pretty much all I did this year because I have 4 kids including a busy 4 year old and a momma’s boy 9 month old! Sometimes ya gotta just do easy!
I’m also including this easter/spring cake. It can be easy if you choose not to do a smooth frosting. You can still sprinkle it with the liquid cocoa powder. I always make a cake for Easter and my kids love this one!

Your table looks so festive and happy, love all those pretty colors! The square placemats are fun, and the jars of candy are perfect decor for an Easter table! Enjoy the day with your four little bunnies!
